Tubular/ Round poles are manufactured in our factory to have high strength, stability and reliability. The brackets which are provided on top can be single arm, double arm, multiple arms and designed arms. Round poles can be offered in hot dip galvanized, powder coating, liquid coating in standard finishes which include Silver, Dark Grey, White, Black, Blue, Yellow, Green etc. that will not only protect your product but also enhance the visual appeal. In addition the factory offers a full range of custom colors and color-matching. Multi-stage process for corrosion resistance in our factory includes several protective coatings of epoxy primers and liquid coatings.We offer customization of MS Swaged poles and brackets as per your specific requirement. Swaged poles are cost-effective and has easy installation.

There are two different types of Round poles such as Ground mounted pole and Foundation bolted pole. In ground mounted pole there is no need of foundation bolt, as it can be directly buried into the ground. In foundation bolted pole, the base plate of swaged pole is made by higher grade material as all the weight of the pole is concentrated on it. The base plate has 4 slots for the foundation bolts in which the base plate is fillet welded to the pole from inside and outside. Anchor bolts / Foundation bolts are casted into the concrete with the help of templates. The template makes sure that the foundation bolts don’t move till the concrete is settled. During the installation of the Round pole, the pole is placed on the bolts and nuts are tightened. There are wide array of applications of Swaged poles such as Decorative pole, Street light pole , Traffic light pole , CCTV Camera pole, Special application poles etc. 

 

MS Square poles

Square poles are designed to be used in the areas to enhance the visual appeal which can be customized as per the specification of your requirement. HDGI Octagonal Poles

Octagonal poles are tapered poles, having larger bottom diameter and smaller top diameter. Octagonal poles are made by bending steel plates in to an Octagonal cross-section. These poles are single line welded from top to bottom. Octagonal poles are Hot dip galvanized in a single dip which forms a layer to become corrosion resistant and have a larger life.  The brackets on top where the luminaries are fixed can be made of any design as per the customer requirement. 

The Octagonal poles base plate is made by higher grade material as all the weight of the pole is concentrated on it.
